Synapse 2022 will be held as a Hybrid congress enabling the delegates to either attend the meeting virtually from the comfort of their homes/ offices or attending it physically at Pride Hotel Pune.

It is mandatory for the interested participants to pre-register for the 3rd International Conference on Mind Body Medicine in Endocrinology & Diabetes (Synapse 2022) to attend the meeting in-person and get your login credentials to attend the meeting virtually.

You can either register to attend the conference in-person or virtually. However, the workshops are available only for in-person participation. If you are interested in attending the workshop, you can either register only for the workshop or both conference & workshop.

All sessions will take place as per the Indian Standard Time (IST) from 23rd – 24th April, 2022.

You need to be registered for the congress by paying the registration fee. Kindly note that the registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Yes, you will be able to access to the virtual ‘Exhibition Booths’ and will be able to explore the displayed material (literature & videos), contact exhibitors directly and chat with their representatives if attending the congress virtually.
Those attending the meeting in-person can visit the booths at the venue, as well as on the virtual meeting platform.

Registering for the meeting will give you access to the live sessions & exhibition on the virtual meeting platform or the venue, if attending physically. The selected posters can be viewed online by logging in to the virtual meeting platform area. The login credentials for the virtual meeting platform being used will be shared with you closer to the event days.

Yes, you can ask questions by clicking on the “Q&A” button and typing them after the lecture has started. The chairs of each session will address your question/s to the speakers, who will answer during the discussion time according to the program; depending on the time in hand.
FYI: Once you’ve clicked the expand button to view the presentation screen, the “Q&A” button might not be visible.

Yes, an e-participation certificate will be sent to all attendees via email within 10-12 days, post completion of the congress.

We are sorry, it is not possible to download or view content offline on the congress dates.

The live stream cannot be paused, as the sessions and presentations are all held live.
