All above charges are exclusive of GST, 18% GST will be applicable over above.

The recorded videos of the conference sessions will be made available on the virtual conference platform after the end of SPHERE Synapse 2023.

COURSE DISCIPLINE / COMMITMENT:
  • As applicable to any medical/psychological training, participants need to commit themselves to maintain confidentiality of all the professional communication including the interactive sessions and the case work that takes place during the course of the fellowship program.
  • The course material/any digital record is basically meant for personal learning and participants will not share it with any third parties without explicit permission.
  • It is explicitly understood that participants will carry out their practice conforming to provisions of their practice licence.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
  1. Dress Code: Casual/Formal, Non Revealing, Simple, Loose and Comfortable
  2. No alcohol /any addiction permitted
  3. Non-registered family member or children not allowed
  4. 40 hours of workshop activity is compulsory for certification
  5. Has no MMC points as of now
  6. Behavioural discipline and silence needs to be observed during the course
  7. Non scientific disscussions related to caste / religion/ politics/ sects etc will not be entertained as this is a solely medicine related activity
  8. Please get the acknowledgment receipt mail of payment for campus entry.
  9. Adhar card is compulsory
